Subject: 8.5.2 Fix Pack 2 Install Fails - "Error 2732.Directory Manager not initialized."

When installing Fix Pack 2 on a Notes 8.5.2 Multi-User NEW install, I first get an error saying "Unable to find valid target platform." and the setup fails. Checking the Windows Installer log for the program reveals the "Error 2732.Directory Manager not initialized." message.

Anybody else experiencing this or know of a resolution? Thanks.
